This new powerful and cost-effective Dual-Core CPU platform complements Acrosser’s ever expanding portfolio of existing networking security products. Combining the Intel 945GC Express chipset with a FSB of 800MHz and a Core 2 Duo processor,
the new AR-R5500/AR-R5500L8 provides the benefits of multi-core (E4300, E2160) and energy saving technologies like a Conroe CPU(Celeron D, 440, 420) into one system.

Built-in TPM for Security
With an Infineon SLB9635 TPM, the AR-R5500/AR-R5500L8, provides the most cost effective hardware security for applications such as financial banking, healthcare and military. Hackers will never get data through your network. All operations are kept for tracking. The AR-R5500/AR-R5500L8 TPM can also perform cryptographic functions like RSA, SHA-1 and RNG.
With expansion for Crypto and other add-on cards Acrosser’s new AR-R5500/AR-R5500L8 automatically includes one built-in PCI/Mini-PCI slot and two USB ports. “The integrated PCI and Mini-PCI slots allow for easy expansion for features such as Crypto and other add-on cards,” says Mike Huang, Vice President of Sales at Acrosser Technology.
