USA office has engineers stationed, who can provide real-time tech support to local customers in the USA. If there are any technical issues local engineers can’t answer, the USA office will pass the problem to the tech team in HQ to continue the 24-hour around-the-clock troubleshooting process. 

For emerging markets- China, Acrosser also had set up subsidiaries in Shenzhen, Nanjing, and Beijing.
