RoHS Compliance

Based on supplier information and internal process control, ACROSSER Technology Inc. declares that our products comply with the RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and its amendment Directive (EU) 2015/863. The following ten hazardous substances are restricted to the specified maximum concentrations:

  1. Lead (Pb): 0.1% (1000 ppm)

  2. Cadmium (Cd): 0.01% (100 ppm)

  3. Mercury (Hg): 0.1% (1000 ppm)

  4. Hexavalent Chromium (Cr⁶⁺): 0.1% (1000 ppm)

  5. Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB): 0.1% (1000 ppm)

  6. Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE): 0.1% (1000 ppm)

  7. Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP): 0.1% (1000 ppm)

  8. Butyl Benzyl Phthalate (BBP): 0.1% (1000 ppm)

  9. Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP): 0.1% (1000 ppm)

  10. Diisobutyl Phthalate (DIBP): 0.1% (1000 ppm)

REACH Compliance

This section outlines ACROSSER’s implementation of communication obligations related to Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) under the REACH Regulation.

We closely follow the SVHC candidate lis t as published by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). ACROSSER recognizes the importance of REACH compliance and continues to improve the compliance rate across all product lines. Conflict Minerals Policy

ACROSSER declares that due diligence is applied throughout our supply chain to ensure that gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), and tin (Sn) are not sourced from conflict regions in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) or adjoining countries.

We do not knowingly use metals derived from conflict areas. We require all suppliers to provide written confirmation that their products do not contain metals sourced from conflict-affected regions.

Montreal Protocol Compliance

To minimize environmental impact, ACROSSER promotes strict management of hazardous substances in accordance with the Montreal Protocol and related environmental regulations.

WEEE Directive Compliance

ACROSSER supports the goals of the WEEE Directive 2012/19/EU, which took effect in the UK in 2006 and was later updated in 2012.

The directive aims to increase the proper treatment of electronic waste and reduce the volume of waste sent to landfill. It also seeks to reduce administrative burdens and align with policies related to chemicals and product marketing regulations within the European Union.
