ACROSSER and EverFocus will demonstrate an autonomous sorting system using the EAR-100T powered by NVIDIA Jetson Thor, where a robotic arm categorizes items by color in real time using CUDA-accelerated object detection combined with RealSense depth sensing. Built on a ROS-based architecture, the system integrates Isaac Sim and Isaac ROS workflows, enabling a smooth transition from simulation to physical deployment for smart manufacturing applications.

Vision AI for Industrial and In-Vehicle Safety

For industrial safety and logistics environments, EverFocus presents a Forklift Safety Vision Solution built on Arm architecture. The live demonstration is powered by the PPC-101-NX8P ruggedized AI panel PC, based on the MediaTek Genio platform delivering up to 10 TOPS of AI performance with up to 16GB LPDDR5 memory. Designed as an AI-powered command center, the system processes multi-camera video feeds locally through integrated AHD interfaces, enabling real-time edge inference directly on the vehicle.

In warehouse and factory environments where visibility is limited and traffic is constant, the solution enhances operator awareness through 360-degree human detection, blind-spot monitoring, pathway obstacle alerts, and pallet proximity warnings. The 10.1-inch high-brightness capacitive touch display provides clear visual feedback under varying lighting conditions, while integrated CAN bus and RS-232/485 interfaces allow direct connection with forklift telemetry systems.

This demonstration highlights how edge-based Vision AI operates reliably in dynamic, high-traffic industrial environments while maintaining minimal latency and high system stability.

Vision AI for Vehicle Intelligence and ADAS

EverFocus showcases the EMV1600 FHD-AI mobile DVR, a 16-channel hybrid AI MDVR designed for large commercial vehicles. The system integrates ADAS, Blind Spot Information System (BSIS), and Driver Monitoring System (DMS), supports full-HD recording, and offers storage capacity up to 8TB SSD. It is engineered for wide-voltage operation and harsh vehicle environments.

Optimized for 360-degree monitoring applications, the SQA-12F1 supports high-resolution 4K streaming, low-light performance, and two-way audio communication, making it suitable for security surveillance, AMR integration, and drone-based monitoring environments.
   
• TAITRA booth: EverFocus will present the PHX-N1000 Edge AI Camera Series, powered by NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX or NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano and built on proprietary LENSCORE modular camera technology. Designed for plug-and-play deployment, the Phoenix N1000 combines intelligent edge computing with flexible I/O interfaces to support reliable, high-performance AI vision applications in mission-critical environments including smart factories, intelligent transportation, and automated warehouse systems.
