What is CAN-BUS?
CAN-BUS is a communication protocol used in modern vehicles and other applications to transmit data between electronic control units (ECUs). Developed in the 1980s by Bosch GmbH, CAN-BUS reduces wiring complexity and improves data transmission speed and reliability by using a message-based system that sends data packets called "frames" over a two-wire network. The protocol is used to control various aspects of a vehicle's operation, such as engine speed and throttle position, and is widely used in the automotive industry.
